■ Tariffs and duties

Recipient is responsible for all / all import duties and taxes that may occur during international shipping.

These charges will be charged in the destination country and we cannot control these rates.

When your order is sent, you will receive an email about your tracking information.

■ In the case of a return due to a customer's reason

All product returns due to customer reasons, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, unidentifiable recipients, unpaid taxes and duties.

-The returned product will not be re-delivered.

-You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return process, such as shipping and customs clearance. This will be deducted from the refund or additional cost.

(1) Procedures for applying for a refund

If the package is returned, all fees and expenses will be deducted before being refunded.

The price depends on how you deliver the returned product.

In countries other than EMS service areas, refunds will be made according to EMS premium services.

There is no retransmission.
