We Accept Following Methods of Payment

PayPal & Credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER)


※Please understand that there may be changes in price due to currency exchange rate.


The final purchase amount is fixed at the exchange rate that was reflected at the time of payment.


No further payment or difference will be charged or refunded due to changes in exchange rate after purchase.


▶Exchange and Return


1) Return due to defective item(s) or wrong delivery.

You can return items due to defective item(s) or wrong delivery.

However, exchanges are not accepted.

please contact The Verlin Q/A or e-mail(theverlin@naver.com) within 3days of receiving  the items.

(Make sure to include the order number, product code defective item or wrong delivery picture.)

The Verlin is responsible for international shipping for returns and replacement.


*Returns are not processed in the following case:


- if you ship your item without prior notice.

- if 7 days have passed since the product was received.

- if the tags/label of the product (user manual, boxes, item etc.) is damaged.

- In case of signs of use (applied to defective products)

- Stain that can be removed with wet wipes

- Wrinkles caused by folding

- When the value of the product is damaged due to signs of wear such as perfume, pollution, detergent, cigarette odor, fiber deodorant, wrinkles, repairs, etc

- When the product is washed, changed or dry cleaned

- Insignificant finishes that may occur during mass production (seam, stitching, bond marks, chalk marks, etc.)

- New product dyeing odor and fiber-specific odor that occur shortly after being manufactured

  All components, including packaging, must be in original condition upon return.

- If the zipper movement is not smooth

- Fluff generated by friction due to the nature of raw materials

- When the part to be dyed during the production process such as gradation and printing is different from the fitting cut or detailed cut


*** Dyes used in the production process can cause odors.

*** You are responsible for not complying with the notice. Please check before ordering.


2) Returns due to change of mind

We do not accept retuns and exchanges due to simple change of mind.


▶ Cancel or change order(before shipment)


1) Order cancellation

You can cancel selected items or entire order.

Cancellations can only be processed if the order is'in preparation' and has not yet been shipped.

2) Order change

You can change the color or size of the product you ordered. (Unfortunately, you cannot change your order to another item/model.)

3) Change shipping Address

Address changes can only be processed if the order is'in preparation' and has not yet been shipped.

4) If the product you ordered is out of stock

The Verlin is committed to providing the best possible service by processing orders in a timely manner.

However, due to high demand, it may be out of stock.

If the product is sold out, a guide email will be sent to the email you entered when signing up.
